Annie and Craig got married on a very rainy August day. Annie was an absolute delight of a bride to work with from start to finish even during the postponement process of her wedding due to Covid. She was once of my last brides that had to postpone, and getting to finally celebrate her and Craig a year later was so exciting!! The rain definitely didn’t stop them, although it tried really hard. Between moving the ceremony to the front porch, to transportation delays so having to completely readjust her timeline, they overcame the weather and had a gorgeous ceremony! I have always told my brides that timelines are so important for the wedding day but to also keep in mind that things can change and timelines may need to be adjusted but wedding professionals can ensure the day still runs smoothly. Annie’s wedding was a perfect example of this! Certain things were out of our control, so instead of waiting, they got 2 cocktail hours! One before the ceremony and a slightly shorter one after the ceremony. Her family and friends were so understanding, kind, and supportive of the whole day which absolutely made the day run so smoothly despite the hiccups!

Annie and Craig hired amazing vendors for the day, including a few I had never worked with before who are now on my preferred vendor list which is one of my favorite outcomes with working with different couples! I absolutely loved her ceremony flowers, and how unique they are from most ceremony flowers you see. Each detail was thought of so carefully and thoughtfully. They danced the night away with family friends after Annie changed into her second dress! You can see the joy on Annie and Craig’s face throughout the entire day when you look through these pictures. I am so happy for Annie and Craig’s life together, and to see their growing family as they welcome a baby girl this month!
