Wedding!

It’s December 1^st. Tell me I’m not the only one who thinks November flew by. I feel like I was just counting down to Thanksgiving and now the Christmas decorations are coming down to fill the spots where the pumpkins and maple leaves were scattered throughout our house. I have been reflecting back on the last 6 months and can’t believe all that has happened. I want to highlight my last wedding of the season for me in this post while emphasizing the excitement I have for the new brides-to-be and all of the Holiday cheer that follows with the end of the season!

It’s bittersweet when the weddings come to a close and I wait until it starts to warm back up for the weddings to start again. The timing is perfect, especially for me this year. I had about a month in between my last wedding with my business with Ann Katherine and my last wedding of the season with Dear Sweetheart Events. Since then, I’ve been working on setting my goals for next year, planning an awesome styled shoot with Callie Lindsey, building my website and meeting some of my sweet new brides.

Ending my season with the Vath Wedding was perfect. I got to see so many familiar faces and work with such a talented photographer. Ann-Katherine chose beautiful reds and gold for her color pallet that was perfect for the fall season! Getting to work with brides I’ve known for so long is such a joy and I hope to have the opportunity more often. I love seeing a bride’s dreams come to life and interact with the other phenomenal vendors, but what’s even better and when I get to see someone I have known for many years get the wedding of their dreams.

It’s that time of the year when commitments are made and engagements are ringing in the new year! If the Holidays aren’t joyful enough as they are, the new engagements make them immensely better!
